Definition

It is a comprehensive, collective scan and vision of a thousand years of human history, displaying the most important civilizations, nations, peoples, buildings, and characters that have emerged over the years of mankind.

Description

It is a longitudinal strip panel of several vertical and horizontal divisions. 

Vertical divisions indicate periods (each division is a Millennium, each Millennium is divided into 10 centuries and then each century is divided into 100 years).

 As for horizontal divisions, each is divided into four main sections :-

 

  • Part-1 presents the most important civilizations that emerged and made an impact on the world, starting from the Far East and ending with the Americas, passing through the Middle East and our Arab World.

 

  • Part-2 shows the most important architectural buildings and works that have emerged in each time period.

 

  • Part-3 is divided into the most important characters that impacted the world, starting with the prophets and messengers (peace be upon them), passing through historical, religious, and scientific characters, and ending with artistic and literary figures.

 

  • The fourth and last part represents the most important events that the world went through over the sequence of years.

The Aim

Through it, one can:

 

  • Ascertain and comprehend the truth and wisdom behind our existence in this universe during this relatively short period, which is building the earth.

 

  • Read history and link events together without having to memorize or attempt to remember.

 

  • Visualize past events that had affected and formed our world to understand what, why, and how we have come to what we are now.

 

  • Offer an educational reference for students at all levels, which compiles the curricula of the Ministry of Education for more than one grade level so that a student can see history comprehensively, and have the chance to link it to the other materials studied during the year.

 

  • Provide a display panel at home, in educational, social, cultural, and tourism institutions, or even in the workplace.

 

  • Find broad and infinite horizons for debate in the fields of human history, architecture, science, religion, and geology and link them together.

At the end , I’d like to say, that the ultimate goal of this endeavor, especially amidst everything happening around us, is to awaken even a small part of the human conscience to reflect and ponder: Isn’t it time, oh human, for you to realize? You scramble for worldly gains, you struggle, you fight. Why? And for what purpose? Everyone will eventually depart. For in this world, you are but a fleeting moment. Like a traveler who sought shade under a tree, then moved on and left it behind. Indeed, a person is remembered by their legacy. So, strive to leave a good one for those who remain.
